When you request a valuation of your veterinary practice or join the buyer list, your name, contact details and answers go to a HubSpot account used by Wraith Brokerage, LLC and its affiliated sites. The revenue and earnings figures you type into the estimator stay in your browser. Only a revenue range can carry over into the request form, and it is sent only when you submit that form.

What happens to the details you enter?
Valuation requests. When you request a valuation of your veterinary practice, the form asks for your first and last name, email, phone number, state, your revenue for the last 12 months as a range, and your practice's service focus (wellness, surgery, dental, emergency or hybrid), plus the practice website if you give it. The form is HubSpot's own embedded form: your browser sends your answers straight to a HubSpot customer relationship management (CRM) account used by Wraith Brokerage, LLC and its affiliated sites. The same form appears at the end of the home page.
With your answers, HubSpot receives your IP address, your browser type, the address of the page you sent the form from and the page that led you to it. When the form loads, HubSpot's form script sets a bot-protection cookie. This site does not run HubSpot's tracking code on its pages. Wraith Brokerage, LLC uses the information to prepare the valuation of your practice and contact you about it, and otherwise as described in Wraith Brokerage's privacy policy.
The estimator. The veterinary practice value estimator works out its range in your browser. It does not send or store the gross revenue and EBITDA or SDE figures you type or your number of FTE veterinarians. The same goes for your answers about whether your associates would stay after a sale and whether you own the building.
When it shows a range, the site records an analytics event with the type of practice and whether you used EBITDA or SDE. If you then choose “Get my free valuation”, your gross revenue becomes the matching revenue range in the request form. Nothing else carries over, and that range reaches HubSpot only when you submit the form. The valuation guide explains how the estimator turns your numbers into a range.
Buyer list. If you want to buy a veterinary practice, the form on the veterinary practice buyer list page is Wraith Brokerage's own buyer registration form, run by HubSpot. It is one list for every industry Wraith Brokerage's affiliated sites cover, not a list this site keeps on its own. It asks for your name and email, the kind of buyer you are, the funds you have available and how you would finance a purchase, among other details. What you enter goes straight to the same HubSpot account and does not pass through this site's server. When the form loads, HubSpot's form script sets a bot-protection cookie.
Do the forms ask for client or patient records?
No. Neither form asks for client or patient information, and neither does the estimator. Please do not put client names, medical records, radiographs or controlled-substance logs into a form here, or into an email to info@vetfirmsales.com. The guide to selling a veterinary practice covers the records and registrations that do not pass to a buyer on their own. Confirm with your attorney what goes to a buyer, and when.
What do the analytics tools record?
The site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies, to see which pages are read. Google Analytics also records some actions on its own: how far you scroll, clicks on links to other sites, file downloads, and when you start or submit a form such as the estimator. The site also records four steps as events in both Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics:
- starting the valuation request form, with the revenue range if one is already selected;
- submitting it, with the revenue range and the service focus;
- getting a range from the estimator, with the type of practice and whether you used EBITDA or SDE;
- registering as a buyer.
This site's code does not put your name, email address, phone number or the revenue and earnings figures you type into these four events.
Vercel Web Analytics also counts page views, and Vercel Speed Insights measures how fast each page loads. Vercel, which hosts the site, receives your IP address with each request and may record it in its request logs. This site's own code sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser; any cookies come from the services named on this page.
Who receives your information?
What Wraith Brokerage, LLC does with your details after HubSpot receives them is covered by Wraith Brokerage's privacy policy. Details about your practice are not shared with prospective buyers, whether another veterinarian or a corporate group, without your permission. VetFirm Sales is not a buyer and does not buy practices, so a valuation request is not an offer to sell to anyone.
How do you make a privacy request?
You can ask for a copy of the information you sent, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or ask not to be contacted again, as a practice owner or as a buyer. Email info@vetfirmsales.com with the subject line “Privacy request”.
